About the Role
Breight Group is seeking experienced Rope Access Level 3 Technicians to join our operations across Western Australia. As part of one of the largest Rope Access teams in the WA mining industry, you’ll contribute to critical maintenance and shutdown works while working alongside highly skilled technicians. Our rope access division is supported by one of only two IRATA International Board Members in Australia, providing industry-leading technical guidance and rope access expertise. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work while maintaining a strong safety-first culture.
About You
We are looking for experienced professionals who take pride in their work, enjoy mentoring teams, and are committed to maintaining a strong safety culture. To be successful in this role you will have:
- IRATA Level 3 Certification
- Demonstrated Level 3 experience on mining or heavy industry sites
- Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities
- Current Working at Heights & Confined Space (within 2 years)
- Domenstrate First Fire Attach (completed within the last 4 years)
- Construction White Card
- First Aid & CPR
- Valid Australian working right
- Perth Point of Hire
- Ability to complete medical and ongoing drug & alcohol screening
- Bonus: Rio Tinto, Roy Hill, or FMG inductions
