The Role

As a Rope Access Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading crews across maintenance, shutdown and project work while ensuring safe, productive and high-quality outcomes.

You'll work closely with clients and operational leaders to coordinate work, mentor technicians and maintain Breight's industry-leading standards.

About You

You're a respected leader who leads by example, builds strong teams and thrives in a safety-first environment. To be successful you'll have:

  • Previous experience supervising Rope Access teams in mining or heavy industry
  • Strong leadership, planning and communication skills
  • Section 26 Supervisor qualification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Working at Heights & Confined Space (within 2 years)
  • Demonstrated First Attack Firefighting competency (within 4 years)
  • Construction White Card
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Valid Australian working rights
  • Perth Point of Hire
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and ongoing drug & alcohol testing
  • Rio Tinto, Roy Hill or FMG site experience and inductions
  • Section 26 Supervisor qualification (or willingness to obtain)
