ROM Loader Operator - Kalgoorlie Resident

Unite Resourcing are currently seeking an experienced ROM Loader Operator for a fast-paced mining operation based in Kalgoorlie. This is a residential opportunity offering consistent hours, strong weekly earnings and long-term potential.

What’s on Offer

• $65 per hour – paid weekly
• 87.5 hours per week
• Gross earnings of $5,687.50 per week
• 2/1 roster – 1 week dayshift, 1 week nightshift
• Ongoing works with high potential for permanency
• Transport provided to and from site
• Kalgoorlie-based role – be home every night

The Role

• Operating WA600 & WA900 Loaders in a ROM environment
• Feeding the crusher and managing ore flow
• Pushing up ore deliveries and maintaining stockpiles
• Working in a fast-paced, high-production environment
• Maintaining strict safety and production standards

Requirements

• Must be a Kalgoorlie resident
• Proven experience operating WA600 & WA900 Loaders in mining/ROM environments
• Loader & Excavator tickets
• National Police Clearance
• Valid Drivers Licence
• Be able to pass a Pre-employment Medical & Drug & Alcohol Screen
• White Card
• Strong safety mindset and production focus

• Production-driven and reliable operator
• Comfortable working around crushers and ROM pads
• Able to work autonomously and within a team
• Strong communication and site awareness
