This privately operated site near Dajarra is part of a growing phosphate mining project focused on safe and efficient mineral processing. Due to increased operational demand, they are currently seeking an experienced ROM Loader Operator to join their team.

About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced ROM Loader Operators for a key mining operation in Far North QLD. This is a FIFO role from Cairns, Brisbane, Townsville or DIDO Mount Isa working on a short term swing with both day and night shifts required. You will be responsible for operating loaders in a production environment, contributing to the safe and efficient movement of materials on site.

Key Responsibilities

About You / Requirements

• Proven experience operating loaders in a production mining setting
• A current RII ticket for loader operation
• A valid driver's licence
• The ability to undertake and pass a full mining medical, including drug and alcohol screening
• A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
