About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and skilled Rock Tools Technician based in Orange, NSW to join our team. If you have a passion for the mining industry and are eager to contribute to a dynamic and innovative company, this entry-level opportunity is for you!

A rock tools technician works between the workshop and the underground.

Key Responsibilities

• Remove all worn and damaged rock tools from the drill sites
• Safely transport drilling consumables such as drill bits and drill steels to various drill rigs underground.
• Ensure smooth and efficient rock drilling operations, minimising downtime and maximising productivity.

What you'll need to succeed

• Must be residing in Orange
• Manual Driver's License: Essential for transporting materials.
• Medical Clearance: Ability to pass a full functional medical.
• Background Check: Hays police check required.
• Experience: Previous labouring experience is a must
