About the Role

As a Grader Operator with Redpath, you’ll play a critical role in keeping underground operations running safely and efficiently. You’ll be part of a highly skilled team that values professionalism, teamwork and doing the job right the first time. Key Responsibilities

• Operating graders in an underground environment to maintain safe, high-quality roadways
• Shaping and maintaining haul roads, sumps and work areas
• Conducting pre-starts, inspections and basic servicing of equipment
• Identifying hazards and reporting maintenance or safety issues
• Working closely with supervisors and crew to meet production and safety targets

Qualifications & Certifications

• Proven experience operating graders (underground experience highly regarded)
• Relevant RII certifications and machine tickets
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence
• Strong safety mindset and pride in your work
• Ability to work FIFO rosters and thrive in a team environment
• Reliable, motivated and looking for long-term employment
