Road Crew Operators

Chandler Macleod are currently seeking experienced Road Crew Operators to join a Mine Services team for our Tier 1 client in Queensland. These are six-month fixed-term opportunities supporting operations through the upcoming wet season, with multiple positions available.

About the role You’ll be part of a Road Crew responsible for maintaining and supporting site haul roads and associated infrastructure. To be successful, you will have proven experience operating a combination of:

• Dozers
• Water Trucks
• Graders
• Scrapers

What’s on offer

• 6-month fixed-term contract
• Starting rate: $84.64/hr
• Target commencement mid-October 2026 (approx.)
• Work with an established team in a safety-focused mining environment

What you’ll need

• Demonstrated recent operating experience on one or more of the machines listed above
• Strong commitment to safety and site compliance
• Ability to work in a production mining environment
