Job Description

Techforce is currently working with a mining contractor that requires 5 experienced Electricians to carry out electrical installation project work across various Rio Tinto mine sites.

Job Details -

  • Pay Rate - $85.00ph
  • Roster - 2:1 Days
  • Flights - Perth only no interstate
  • Duration - Long Term Ongoing 6 months +

Scope  -

  • Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
  • Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures
  • LV Cable installation and terminations
  • Testing and Commissioning
  • Cable Containment installation – cable trays and underground pit and pipe
  • Switchboard installation and fit off

What We're Looking For:

  • Rio Tinto - Current inductions - ESSENTIAL
  • Current A Grade Electrical license  (WA)  - essential
  • Valid White Card  - essential
  • LVR/ CPR  - essential
  • First aid  - essential
  • Working at heights - essential
  • Living in WA (Point of Hire)
  • Driving license
  • Basic Fire attack –  essential
  • 4D ticket - A high advantage
