The Opportunity
MacKellar is currently seeking experienced Haul Truck Operators to join our production mining team onsite. This role will see you operating in a fast-paced open-cut mining environment, working safely and efficiently to support daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating haul trucks in an open-cut mining operation
- Completing pre-start inspections and reporting equipment issues
- Following all site safety procedures and operational requirements
- Working collaboratively with supervisors and crew members
- Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping and safe work practices
About You
- Previous mining experience operating haul trucks is essential
- Experience on Rigid Haul Trucks
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work effectively within a team
- Ability to work a rotating 14/7 roster
- Please note: only candidates with relevant mining equipment experience will be shortlisted.
