Riggers

Techforce is currently seeking to onboard additional Rigger Intermediate and Rigger Advanced personnel into our shutdown and project core crew due to an increase in workload.

These FIFO roles will support a variety of Shutdowns and longer-term projects across WA, working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients on major mining operations.

• FIFO from Perth only across key sites in WA

Key Responsibilities -

• Perform Heavy Lift rigging, including 60T+ lifts
• Execute crane lifts, dogging, and load control
• Support critical S hutdowns, including mechanical and structural scopes
• Installation and alignment of structural steel and heavy equipment
• Work across complex Heavy Lift environments safely and efficiently
• Maintain full compliance with WA mining safety standards and site requirements

Mandatory Requirements -

• 2+ years Mining or Heavy Lift Rigging Experience
• HRWL – RI or RA (Intermediate or Advanced Rigger)
• Valid Working at Heights accreditation
• Construction White Card
• Recent National Police Clearance
• Current WA driver’s licence
• Strong commitment to safety and proven reliability during shutdown work
