About the Role

Permanent position in the Human Resources department at the Mine Raglan site. You will report to the Head of Skills Development & Tamatumani.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of French as a Second Language teachers and instructors.
• Ensure training programmes are available and relevant to the skill development goals for each position created.
• Support trainers in the development or dissemination of training programmes.
• Act as the point of reference for employees enrolled in training programmes. Coordinate travel, accommodation and schedules for employees.
• Ensure employee progression evaluations are conducted according to agreed timelines.
• Document training hours and participate in data collection and compilation of all information needed for various reports.

About You / Requirements

• A relevant Bachelor’s degree related to training and skills development in business.
• Demonstrated experience supervising a team.
• Bilingual in French and English (required).

• Bachelor’s degree in training and development or a related field.
