SR Coordinator – Strategic Planning and Business Optimisation

How you contribute to our world

• Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will directly contribute to defining the long-term strategy of Mine Raglan and to creating value for the asset.
• Determine and structure business scenarios to be evaluated in long-term strategic planning.
• Integrate technical, operational, financial and strategic information to develop a coherent long-term view of the asset's potential.
• Analyse and synthesise scenarios to formulate recommendations to management and the corporate office.
• Challenge assumptions and perform critical review and due diligence of investment projects and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and coordinate investment dossiers required for financing with the corporate office.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve business plans and value creation levers.

Desired profile

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Engineering, coupled with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Be a member of the CPA Order or OIQ.
• Possess skills in financial modelling and economic analysis of projects.
• Proficient in the concepts of NPV (VAN), IRR, sensitivity analysis and risk assessment.
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite and SAP.
