About the Role

Reporting to the General Superintendent - Concentrator, you will have the opportunity to work in a safe, unique and motivating environment. Your main functions will:

• Supervising the concentrator's operator team.
• Planning daily operations.
• Ensuring budgets are adhered to.
• Meeting health and safety, production and environmental objectives.
• Participating in prioritising maintenance work and following up.

Work arrangement: 14/14 (14 consecutive workdays followed by 14 days off) or 50-50 (21 consecutive workdays, 14 days off, 14 consecutive workdays and 21 days off). Roster details: 11 hours of work per day. Location: On-site mining site in Nunavik.

Profile Sought / Requirements

• Diploma of College Studies in Mineral Technology or related discipline. A relevant training paired with sufficient experience may be considered.
• Operational and supervisory experience.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Functional knowledge of English.
