About the Role
Reporting to the General Superintendent - Concentrator, you will have the opportunity to work in a safe, unique and motivating environment. Your main functions will:
- Supervising the concentrator's operator team.
- Planning daily operations.
- Ensuring budgets are adhered to.
- Meeting health and safety, production and environmental objectives.
- Participating in prioritising maintenance work and following up.
Work arrangement: 14/14 (14 consecutive workdays followed by 14 days off) or 50-50 (21 consecutive workdays, 14 days off, 14 consecutive workdays and 21 days off). Roster details: 11 hours of work per day. Location: On-site mining site in Nunavik.
Profile Sought / Requirements
- Diploma of College Studies in Mineral Technology or related discipline. A relevant training paired with sufficient experience may be considered.
- Operational and supervisory experience.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Functional knowledge of English.
