How You Contribute To Our World

Reporting to the Operations Supervisors, you will have the opportunity to work in a safe, unique and motivating environment, operating highly complex automated equipment. Your main duties will be:

• Operate and monitor equipment in the following plant areas: crushing, grinding, flotation, dewatering (filters, thickeners and drying) and reagents preparation including the water treatment station.
• Ensure achievement of concentrator objectives regarding quality and quantity.
• Make operational decisions and take actions quickly.
• Demonstrate health and safety commitment in line with Mine Raglan standards.
• Analyse data and situations to identify the best strategies to adopt.

Profile Sought

• Diploma of Vocational Studies in ore processing equipment operation or Secondary School Diploma, plus five (5) years of experience in a processing plant.
• Hold a valid driver’s licence.
