Stellar Recruitment is partnering with a major Australian mining operation seeking an experienced Reliability & Planning Superintendent to lead two of the biggest levers in maintenance performance.

What you will do

• Lead the reliability and planning functions, working closely with maintenance and operational leaders to strengthen asset strategies, improve work quality, identify performance trends and make sure the right work is ready at the right time.
• See the story behind the data, influence people across the operation and turn improvement opportunities into practical action.
• Lead both reliability and planning to lift availability and reduce repeat failures.
