Regional Project Manager
Salary: $110K - $140K + Company Vehicle + Super
Location: Western Australia Regional Locations, Office Based in South Perth

Our client is a leading construction company, with high-end residential and commercial projects across WA. Due to continued growth, are looking to add a Regional Project Manager to join their team in a newly created position.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-end commercial projects, allowing for flexibility with work hours / location, autonomy, and long-term stability.

What will this position entail?
This role will generally see you spending approx.. 50% of your time on the road, either on site or completing business development within regional areas across WA.

The office is based in South Perth and would ideally be seeking Perth based employees to attend meetings in South Perth on a regular occasion, however, they can be flexible for the right person if you are located out of Perth within Western Australia and happy to travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute landscape construction projects across the WA region.
  • Coordinate and attend site meetings to ensure progress.
  • Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and employees.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and outcomes.
  • Business development to bring on more upcoming projects to the company.

  • Strong project management experience, ideally within the commercial landscape industry or civil construction.
  • Business development skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Available for regional travel as required and flexibility to working hours.
  • Valid Australian drivers license, white card and full Australian working rights.
