IntroductionAbout this roleAs the Regional Advisory Lead, you'll act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance across water treatment, infrastructure planning, operational excellence and asset management. You'll work closely with water utilities, asset owners and multidisciplinary project teams to develop practical solutions that improve performance and deliver long-term value. Your day-to-day will include:
Building trusted relationships with water utilities and key stakeholders. Providing strategic technical advice across water treatment, water infrastructure and asset management. Supporting strategic planning, concept development and infrastructure improvement initiatives. Leading advisory projects in collaboration with multidisciplinary technical teams. Preparing technical proposals and supporting business development activities. Facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders to develop practical, client-focused solutions. Identifying operational risks and recommending strategies to improve performance and efficiency. Collaborating with local and global technical specialists to deliver best-practice outcomes. Read moreIs this you? Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Extensive experience within water utilities, water treatment, water infrastructure or engineering consultancy. Strong understanding of asset management, water operations and regulatory compliance. Experience working with water utilities, asset owners, local government or EPC contractors. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience preparing technical proposals or supporting business development activities. The ability to translate complex technical challenges into practical, client-focused solutions. Flexibility to travel nationally as required.
