About the Role

We are seeking QLD Based Refrigeration Technicians to join the Delta FM team conducting Maintenance activities across Remote Minesite Village Accommodations in regional Queensland. These positions will be FIFO from Brisbane Airport, or DIDO options available to locals in Moranbah, Moura, Middlemount, Coppabella Airport or Phosphate Hill.

POSITION

• Work within our established Delta Facilities Management teams
• Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works
• Planned & preventative maintenance, attending and assessing breakdowns, cleaning, fault finding of Commercial and Residential HVAC and refrigeration units, chillers
• Working in Temporary and Permanent Housing, Commercial Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Laundry, Office Buildings etc.
• Actively manage and meet response times, rectification times and deadlines, assisting other trades
• Additional Allowances available such as On Call, Call Outs, Leading Hand, Nominee Allowances

THE PERSON

• Unrestricted ARCTICK Licence
• QLD Electrical Licence (or working towards)
• Full C Class Drivers Licence, White Card
• CPR + LVR & Police Check within 12 months
• Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening
• Team player and able to work autonomously
• Reside in QLD and able fly from Brisbane Airport for ongoing work
