About the Role
As a Recruitment Team Lead, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing skilled talent to support our shutdowns, maintenance, project services, fabrication, and more. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position based at our Rivervale head office. This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role where you will lead from the front while partnering closely with Hiring Managers and the broader recruitment team. You will play a critical role in ensuring we attract, engage, and mobilise high-quality talent across a variety of operational roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the recruitment team to deliver on workforce requirements
- Manage end-to-end (360) recruitment across shutdown, maintenance, and project scopes
- Create targeted job advertisements and proactively source candidates
- Leverage internal databases to generate talent pipelines and expressions of interest
- Conduct phone screenings and assess candidate suitability against role criteria
- Maintain high levels of compliance across all recruitment activities
- Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to ensure alignment and delivery
- Represent the business with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive a positive and efficient candidate onboarding experience
About You
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment within maintenance or shutdown environments
- Strong background in blue-collar recruitment
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment delivery
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead within a small, high-performing team environment
- Experience using JobAdder
