Description & Requirements

• We have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team in the Brisbane Head Office in Milton.
• The role of Recruitment Specialist will see you working on Blue Collar high volume roles in the Engineering Construction space within Monadelphous.
• You will be liaising with internal stakeholders to identify future talent needs and objectives, and to deliver a steady stream of talent with a strong customer service driven approach.

What you will bring

• Previous high volume Blue Collar experience
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and to new systems & processes
• Previous experience in the resource industry is highly regarded but not essential
• Working knowledge of variety of blue collar trades roles highly regarded
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with Microsoft systems including but not limited to Word, Excel & Office.
