Evolve Talent is seeking a highly organised and people focused Scheduler to join our growing team.

About the Role
As a Scheduler, you will play a key role in supporting our clients by managing workforce coordination and candidate engagement across multiple sites nationally.
You’ll be at the centre of operations, ensuring shifts are filled, candidates are supported, and clients receive a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule shifts across multiple clients nationwide
- Manage incoming shift requests via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Source and place suitable candidates quickly and efficiently
- Ensure all shifts are filled with the right people, on time
Candidate Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
- Manage candidate enquiries and provide timely updates
- Support candidates with timesheets and payroll queries
Recruitment Support
- Assist with sourcing candidates via job boards and networks
- Write and post job advertisements
- Maintain talent pipelines and proactively match candidates to roles
Client & Team Support
- Respond to client enquiries and manage expectations
- Provide administrative support to consultants
- Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team environment
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- A confident communicator with a strong customer service mindset
- Able to multitask and perform under pressure
- Solutions-focused with a proactive approach
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Passionate about people and building relationships
Previous experience in recruitment, scheduling, workforce planning, or administration will be highly regarded.
