Are you an organised, people-focused recruitment professional who loves keeping things moving?

We are looking for a Recruitment Scheduler to join our team and play a key role in supporting our high-volume recruitment and key account operations.

This is a fast-paced role where you will be responsible for coordinating candidates, supporting recruitment delivery, maintaining strong communication with clients and candidates, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from initial sourcing through to placement.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Scheduler, your ability to organise, communicate and prioritise will be critical to your success. You'll be managing multiple vacancies and candidates across a number of national clients, ensuring deadlines are met and candidates and clients receive a great experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Schedule candidates into client requirements and ensure vacancies are progressed efficiently
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients
  • Source and engage candidates using our recruitment systems and databases
  • Keep candidate and job records accurate and up to date within the CRM/ATS
  • Assist with managing high-volume recruitment requirements
  • Monitor recruitment activity and follow up outstanding actions
  • Provide candidates and clients with timely updates throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist with compliance and ensure all required documentation is completed
  • Build positive relationships with candidates and clients
  • Provide a high level of customer service and represent our values and safety standards

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and confident dealing with people.
You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, scheduling, coordination, administration or a similar fast-paced environment. Experience within facilities management would be highly regarded
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong computer and systems skills, ideally with experience using an ATS or CRM. Experience with Bullhorn would be advantageous
  • The ability to work autonomously while also being a strong team player
  • Resilience and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
  • A genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience

Recruitment experience is highly regarded, but we are also open to candidates from other industries who have strong coordination, scheduling and customer service experience.
