The Roles
Recruitment Consultants
You will manage the recruitment process from client brief through to placement and mobilisation.
Responsibilities include:

• Managing client relationships and workforce requirements
• Advertising and sourcing candidates
• Candidate interviews and assessments
• Reference checking and onboarding
• Building talent pools across multiple disciplines
• Managing the candidate experience
• Identifying opportunities within existing client accounts
• Working closely with mobilisation and compliance teams

Mobilisation Specialists
You'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional outcomes for both clients and candidates by coordinating:

• Pre-employment requirements
• Medicals and site inductions
• Flights and accommodation
• Compliance processes
• Site onboarding
• Candidate management
• Workforce mobilisation and deployment

You'll be an integral part of ensuring projects are staffed efficiently and professionally.

Previous recruitment, labour hire, mobilisation or workforce management experience will be highly regarded.
Experience within mining, construction, engineering, trades, shutdowns, civil, transport or resources sectors will be advantageous.
