About Macmahon Maintenance Masters
Macmahon Maintenance Masters provides labour support to Macmahon’s surface and underground mining operations. The team is composed of experienced tradespeople and is suited to someone who is technically experienced, confident in their abilities and excited by the prospect of a new challenge every day!
Macmahon Maintenance Masters is looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join the team!
About the role
• Fulltime permanent position
• Recruitment for maintenance blue collar, site-based roles
• Based at the Perth Airport I Free secure undercover parking
• Highly competitive salary I Annual bonus I Onsite gym with personal trainers
About you
• 1-2 years in a similar position – recruiting for maintenance roles (surface & underground)
• Experience coordinating all pre-employment requirements such as medicals, police clearances, qualifications, working rights and issuing contracts of employment
• Strong understanding of site mobilisation requirements
• High attention to detail, and the ability to handle competing priorities
• Ability to work independently as well as being a collaborative team player
• Experience with SuccessFactors – beneficial not essential

Recruitment process
