About the Company

The business supports large-scale operations across mining, energy, and infrastructure, helping teams operate safely and effectively in isolated locations.
About the Role
As a pivotal member of their team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a regional portfolio of blue-collar recruitment needs
- Source candidates through job boards, campaigns, networking, and referrals
- Deliver an end-to-end recruitment process with a strong focus on candidate experience
- Work closely with site stakeholders on current hiring and future workforce planning
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across trade and operational roles
What you will need to succeed
- Experience in agency or internal recruitment, blue-collar and high-volume environments
- Exposure to mining, resources, or remote sectors is an advantage
- A motivated recruiter ready to step into a leadership pathway
- A hands-on recruiter who enjoys working closely with operational teams
