Recruitment Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across mining and operational roles.
• Source, screen and engage candidates while managing pipelines and interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers and support pre-employment, onboarding and recruitment administration.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Recruitment/TA experience, ideally within the mining industry.
• Hands-on SuccessFactors experience and strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and ability to manage multiple vacancies.
