Description & Requirements

We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team in our Brisbane Head Office in Milton.

Join Monadelphous’ recruitment team and be part of delivering talent across major projects and divisions. In this fast-paced role, you’ll support both blue and white-collar hiring, working closely with experienced Recruiters to keep onboarding running seamlessly and ensure a strong pipeline of quality candidates to meet operational needs.

What You Will Bring:

Proven experience in administrative roles with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, systems and processes in a fast-paced environment
A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to problem solving and working collaboratively within a team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Technical proficiency with Microsoft systems including but not limited to Word, Excel & Office
Previous experience in the resource industry is highly regarded but not essential.
