About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our Perth-based Recruitment team. Reporting to the Team Lead and working alongside our existing Recruitment Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring candidates receive a positive experience while maintaining compliance and data integrity. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the Recruitment inbox and responding to enquiries in a timely manner
  • Answering incoming recruitment calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate recruiter when required
  • Verifying candidate documentation, licences, qualifications, and certifications
  • Maintaining candidate records and uploading high volumes of documentation accurately
  • Processing employment contracts and onboarding paperwork
  • Assisting with Recruitment Day preparation, including candidate communications and attendance confirmations
  • Requesting and following up on outstanding candidate documentation
  • Providing general administrative support to the Recruitment team as required

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in an administration, recruitment support, or customer service role; Advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to support a collaborative team environment
