About the Company

Protech is currently seeking experienced Receptionists & Administrators to join our client — a growing, ASX-listed gold producer and development company for a Perth based role on a Monday – Friday basis.

About the Role

Receptionist:

  • Salary: $38.70 – $40.10 (depending on experience)
  • Contract: 6-week contract with Potential Perm Opportunity for the right candidate
  • Work days: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Location: Based in Subiaco (local role)
  • Start: Immediate start
  • Pay: Weekly Pay
  • Super: on all hours

Administrator:

  • Salary: $40.10 – $44.00 (depending on experience)
  • Contract: 6-week contract with Potential Perm Opportunity for the right candidate
  • Work days: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (flexible or part-time hours may also available)
  • Location: Based in Subiaco (local role)
  • Start: Immediate start
  • Pay: Weekly Pay
  • Super: on all hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Receptionist: Front-of-house reception and first point of contact
  • Receptionist: Managing calls, emails, and visitor coordination
  • Receptionist: General administrative support to the wider team
  • Receptionist: Assisting with office coordination and day-to-day operations
  • Administrator: Providing administrative support across recruitment and HR
  • Administrator: Managing onboarding documentation and compliance processes
  • Administrator: Uploading and maintaining records in systems such as INX and M-Files
  • Administrator: Conducting reference checks and supporting candidate mobilisation
  • Administrator: General administrative support to the wider team

Skills & Experience Required

  • Hold a current driver’s licence
  • Mining or heavy industry experience (essential)
  • Recruitment and/or HR administration experience (essential for the Admin role)
  • Strong systems skills – experience with INX and document management systems (e.g. M-Files) (essential for the Admin role)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Professional presentation and customer service focus
  • Flexible or part-time hours may also be available

Qualifications & Certifications

  • Current driver’s licence
