Description & Requirements
We’re currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our Corporate Team at the Brisbane Head Office.
As the first point of contact for staff and visitors, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

Provide superior customer service to ensure a positive experience for employees and visitors within our office.

Managing all incoming calls and phone messages.
-
Co-ordination of local couriers, incoming and outgoing.
-
Assisting with the sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
-
Providing ad hoc administrative support to the Administration Coordinator, including purchase orders and general invoicing.

Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.

Flexible and positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Professional presentation as the first point of contact for all staff and visitors.

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

Proof of right to work in Australia.
The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines.
