The Opportunity

Techforce are seeking experienced RC Drillers, Grade Control Drillers and Blast Hole Drillers for multiple FIFO opportunities across Western Australia. We have opportunities available across Exploration RC, Grade Control RC and Production Blast Hole drilling, working with well-established mining and drilling contractors offering long-term career opportunities, modern equipment and supportive site teams. Whether your experience is in RC Exploration, Grade Control or Blast Hole Production, we'd like to hear from you.

About the Roles

RC & Grade Control Drillers

• We're looking for experienced drillers with backgrounds operating exploration and production RC equipment, including experience on rigs such as:
  • Schramm
  • Hydco
  • Epiroc D65
  • Epiroc L8
  • Similar RC & Grade Control drill rigs
• Successful candidates will be mechanically competent, safety focused and capable of working productively within exploration and production environments.

Blast Hole Drillers

• We're also recruiting experienced Blast Hole Drillers with production mining experience operating rigs such as:
  • Epiroc D65
  • Sandvik T45
  • Atlas Copco L7
  • Pit Viper
  • Similar production blast hole drill rigs
• You'll be responsible for safely achieving production targets while maintaining drill performance, equipment and safety standards.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as an RC, Grade Control or Blast Hole Driller
• Experience operating relevant drill rigs
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Current Manual Driver's Licence (HR highly regarded)
• Current National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Strong commitment to safety
• Available to work FIFO 2:1 roster
