Quality System Specialist

We are seeking a Quality System Specialist to take ownership of our electronic QA platform within the HSETQ function, supporting projects across the business. This position is responsible for the administration and maintenance of the Asite electronic QA / Common Data Environment (CDE) system across projects within the NRW Civil and Mining business units.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following as a minimum:

• Demonstrated experience administering document management, CDE, or QA systems (e.g. Asite, Aconex, or Procore), including configuring workflows, forms, and system settings
• Sound understanding of document control, workflows, quality assurance, and structured information management within construction or project environments (ISO 9001/ISO 19650 knowledge desirable)
• Ability to develop user guides, deliver system training, and provide effective troubleshooting and user support
• Experience working with software vendors to resolve issues, implement system enhancements, and support upgrades or new releases (Desirable)
• Experience supporting the implementation or rollout of digital systems across multiple projects (Desirable)

As a Quality System Specialist, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Administer the day-to-day operation of the Asite system, including user setup, access control, permissions, system maintenance, and configuring new projects, forms and workflows
• Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Asite, providing frontline support, troubleshooting, and guidance to operational teams, subcontractors, and HSETQ personnel
• Coordinate and deliver user onboarding and training while developing and maintaining user guides, procedures, and training materials
• Liaise with the Asite vendor to manage support requests, system updates, new releases, and assist with the testing, validation, and rollout of new functionality.
• Monitor system usage, data quality, and governance to ensure compliance with organisational standards, project requirements, and HSETQ processes.
• Identify and implement improvements to workflows, forms, and system processes to enhance efficiency and the overall user experience.
• Perform any other duties within your skills, qualifications, and competency level as reasonably directed.
