About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and continuously improving project quality systems to ensure compliance, consistency and excellence across project delivery.

This is a unique opportunity to join a project at the ground floor and play a pivotal role in shaping the quality framework, governance and culture that will support successful delivery from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan, quality processes and document control systems.
  • Lead quality assurance and quality control activities, ensuring compliance with client requirements and AS/NZS ISO 9001 standards.
  • Manage audits, inspections, non-conformance reporting and corrective action programs across the project.
  • Provide quality leadership, coaching and training to project teams and delivery partners.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and quality excellence throughout project delivery.

About You / Requirements

  • Experience in a Quality Manager or senior quality leadership role within telecommunications, utilities, construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and AS/NZS ISO 9001.
  • Demonstrated experience leading audits, compliance activities and process improvement initiatives.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and drive quality outcomes across diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
