Help Shape the Future of Renewable Energy

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Electrical Quality Advisor to join a major renewable energy construction project. This role will see you working closely with the Project, Site and Quality teams to ensure construction activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

This is a hands-on site-based position offering the opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of large-scale energy infrastructure while contributing to Australia's clean energy future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site quality inspections throughout construction activities
  • Monitor contractor works to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality requirements
  • Verify and maintain testing, installation and quality records
  • Review contractor deliverables and quality documentation
  • Conduct material inspections and support handover activities
  • Coordinate and attend punch list walkdowns and verify defect close-outs
  • Manage non-conformances and assist with quality issue resolution
  • Support implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
  • Promote a proactive quality culture across the project team

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • 3–5 years' experience in a Quality Advisor, Quality Inspector or similar position
  • Experience within construction, infrastructure, resources, energy or industrial projects
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and construction quality processes
  • Experience managing quality documentation, inspections and testing records
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive attitude and strong team-focused approach
