About the Role
This role is a Permanent full-time position, available on an 8:6 or 4:3 roster, FIFO from Brisbane, Townsville/Cairns, or DIDO from Mount Isa, Cloncurry and McKinlay shires.
As the QA/QC Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring welding, structural remediation and protective coating works are completed to project specifications, industry standards and quality requirements, safeguarding asset integrity and supporting continuous improvement across remediation projects.
Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
- Develop and maintain Inspection and Test Plans for remediation activities
- Conduct audits of quality systems, documentation and work practices
- Review, approve and maintain weld, coating and NDT records
- Manage non-conformances and corrective action outcomes
