Description & Requirements

Monadelphous are seeking an experienced QA/QC Coordinator to join our PNG Operations team for the construction non process Infrastructure including accommodation facilities, based on site in Papua New Guinea on a FIFO 4:2 roster for the next 8 months. There is potential for further opportunities to work on other projects following this engagement.

Reporting to the Site Manager, this position will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Monadelphous Quality Management policy, system, and strategies with a particular focus on quality control on site in PNG.

What you will bring:

• Australian recognised Trade Certificate
• 5+ years’ experience working in a general building supervisory or compliance position within the residential/commercial construction or resource sectors with oversight of the compliance of plumbing, structural and electrical works, or
• 5+ years’ experience working in a QAQC position within the resources sector specifically being Low Voltage Electrical or small bore piping focussed.
• Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
• Proof of right to work in Australia and a valid passport
• Experience working in PNG or remote locations (highly regarded)
