Your new role
As the Senior Proposals Engineer, you will lead the development, preparation and negotiation of proposals for complex hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgical and mineral processing projects. You will manage the proposal process, coordinate multiple stakeholders, support commercial and legal negotiations, and contribute to sales forecasting and business strategy. This role requires strong project management capability and the ability to work closely with technical specialists across the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in proposal development for complex technical sales
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross‑functional inputs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting project management activities for bids or tenders
