Monadelphous is currently seeking experienced Site/Project Administrators to join our Mackay Operations Team for upcoming shutdown work across various Coal Mines in the Bowen Basin. This is a great opportunity to be part of a high-performing team delivering critical maintenance and shutdown services across multiple sites.

There are various rosters across our different works, permanent and casual positions available.

Must be flexible to be based on site when required.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Weekly invoicing and client claims.
• Procurement and purchase order management.
• Cost tracking and variance analysis.
• Credit card reconciliation.
• Daily timesheet entry and weekly payroll for 40+ employees.
• Admin support to site manager and project team.
• Travel and medical bookings.
• Assist with site compliance and onboarding.
• General office duties.

What you will bring:

• Mining Experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems.
