About the Role

The Opportunity

Are you ready to drive performance, lead contract excellence, and be the go-to support for major MARC projects? We are looking for a dynamic Projects Support Manager to take charge of maintenance contract operations across the North East region.

What You’ll Do

• Be the key link between branches and major contract sites, ensuring smooth operations and financial control.
• Step in as Project Manager when needed – your leadership will keep things moving.
• Own maintenance planning, scheduling, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Champion continuous improvement and customer engagement onsite.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and equipment performance using cutting-edge tools like Komtrax, Equipcare, and R&M.

What You Bring

• Trade-qualified with strong experience in heavy earthmoving equipment maintenance, Fleet management, or finance would be well-suited for this role.
• Proven ability to manage safety, compliance, and financials in a mining environment.
• Tech-savvy with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX, and R&M Care.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering results.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
