  • 8 days on, 6 days off Residential OR Fly in Fly out from Perth roster
  • Diverse mining methods, high grade long-running producing mine

The Opportunity:

As Supervisor Projects, we are looking for someone who leads from the front, brings people along the journey, and creates a positive, safe and accountable work environment. Your scope will include construction, installation, repair, improvement, decommissioning, and demolition of facilities and associated capital infrastructure across underground and surface operations

What You’ll Do

  • Support the development of scopes, schedules, work packs, ITPs, ITRs, commissioning documentation and project close-out records.
  • Budget and forecast expenditure and analyse project risks and opportunities.
  • Conduct field inspections, verify work quality, and ensure critical controls are in place before and during execution.
  • Support the development and review of JHAs, risk assessments, permits, lift plans and management of change requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to plan shutdowns, manage SIMOPS and minimise disruption to operational areas.
  • Role model our core values and create a culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and valued.

What You’ll Bring

  • Section 26 Statutory Supervision including:
    • A Statement of Attainment for the prescribed risk management units
    • A WorkSafe Record of Examination
  • Trade qualification, and/or project management is desirable
  • Manual Driver’s Licence
  • Demonstrated experience within a similar Supervisory level position
  • Practical problem-solving ability with the confidence to make decisions in the field and escalate issues early.
  • Good understanding of mine site work management processes, including permits, JHAs, risk assessments, isolations, traffic management and change management.
  • A growth mindset, with strong communication, responsibility, and relationship-building skills
