Monadelphous Mining and Minerals North West is looking for a new Superintendent to join our dedicated Projects team, based in Karratha. This is an exciting opportunity to join as a crucial member of the leadership team. The successful candidate will see themselves coordinating and leading our mechanical and blast & paint supervision and blue collar workforce, ensuring works are carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality. This is a great opportunity to join an established team with a fantastic culture and longevity of work. This is a rostered opportunity, FIFO from Perth to Karratha. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide quality leadership to our grey and blue collar workforce
• Coordinate workforce on daily tasks to stay on track with project requirements
• Promote a safe and efficient working environment for our people
• Effectively communicate between supervision staff and site representatives and uphold our professional relationships
• Utilise your expertise to advise on productivity and work scope ideas and improvements

What you’ll bring:

• Statutory 26 Certificate is mandatory
• Australian recognised Mechanical or Painting & Blasting trade certificate is mandatory
• Experience on Rio Tinto sites and compliance is highly desirable
• Knowledge and experience on coastal based structural integrity projects is highly desirable
• Proven leadership and advisory skills, with a passion for development and team culture
• Ongoing record of meeting project deadlines and effective communication with site representatives
• Dedication to the safety of your crew and others
• Proof of Right to Work in Australia
