  • FIFO from Brisbane, Cairns or Darwin
  • 2:1 roster | 11 hour days | approx. 77 hour weeks
  • 12 month contract | Immediate start | extension potential

Chandler Macleod is partnering with Rio Tinto to support a major program of works tied to Gove Pacific Operations. This program includes a range of civil enabling projects delivered within a live operational environment.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Supervisor Projects) to lead the execution of civil enabling works across site.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, including developing scopes of work and managing safe onsite execution. You will play a key role in enabling future works by delivering critical civil and infrastructure works safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead implementation phase delivery of civil enabling projects across site
  • Develop robust scopes of work aligned to business requirements
  • Manage contractor teams and drive performance onsite
  • Oversee delivery against safety, schedule, cost and quality targets
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure works support and enable broader project execution
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, operations and project teams

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience in civil and infrastructure or enabling works projects
  • Proven background leading projects or similar role
  • Demonstrated experience developing scopes and managing delivery
  • Hands on experience managing contractors onsite
  • Solid understanding of HSE, risk and project controls
  • Trade or practical construction background highly regarded
  • Current manual driver’s licence
