About the Role

Join a leading resources organisation at the forefront of mining innovation and sustainability. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of next-generation heavy mobile equipment projects, supporting the rollout of cutting-edge technology designed to transform mining operations. Working closely with global OEM partners and key operational stakeholders, you will oversee a portfolio of complex projects focused on the introduction of zero-emission mining equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and successful delivery from concept through to operational handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams and external vendor partners.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support equipment integration, operational readiness, commissioning, and handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

About You

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects within mining, resources, heavy industry, EPCM, contractor, supplier, or technology environments.
• Strong contract management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with quality management, operational readiness, and project handovers.
• Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering
• Exposure to Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) projects will be highly regarded.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and technology.
