About the Company

Redpath operate three underground projects close to Norseman in the Eastern Goldfields of WA, approximately 725km east of Perth, 200km south of Kalgoorlie and 200 km north of Esperance. Redpath has been awarded multi-year development contracts with ongoing expansion over the next 6 months. Camp is located in the main street of Norseman.We are looking for an experience Alt Project Manager to join our team. The position is full time and long-term with full job security, holidays and sick leave accrued. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all project activities
• Manage the project budget
• Manage the commercial interests for Redpath
• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders
• Communicate and liaise with the client representatives
• Manage the project resource allocation
• Implement and manage project changes
• Successfully manage the performance of all employees
• Develop and maintain a climate of 'innovation' where all employees can contribute to work methods that improve safety, productivity and profitability

About You / Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering (Preferred)
• Significant experience in a Project Management role working for a Mining Contractor
• Significant Underground Metalliferous Mining experience is essential
• Strong commercial acumen, task-focussed and results driven
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, costs and resources
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and conflict resolution skills
• A drive for continuous improvement
• Outstanding client relations management skills
• The ability to pass a police clearance and pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol tests
• A safety approach in keeping with Redpath's motto Safety - First, Last and Always
