About the Role

We currently have an opportunity for a Project Manager. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in leading designated projects from conversion and construction through to handover, finalisation and close out. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you’ll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage designated projects from initiation through delivery, handover and close out.
  • Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, project controls, reporting, registers and audit trails.
  • Drive Zero Harm outcomes by implementing project-specific safety systems and promoting safe, healthy and sustainable work environments.
  • Manage project performance across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, document control and contractor performance.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, contractors, consultants and architects to support successful delivery and repeat business.

What You’ll Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in building, engineering or project management, or a relevant trades background.
  • Extensive experience in construction roles covering all aspects of project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of project governance principles, project management methodologies, project controls and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience managing contractor performance, procurement processes, contract compliance and contractual risk.
  • Advanced stakeholder and client relationship management skills, supported by strong people management capability.
