Job Description
Join a high performing, collaborative delivery team at a leading resources organisation known for its strong culture and commitment to excellence.
You’ll play a key role in delivering a pipeline of sustaining capital projects ($2M–$30M) within a complex Port environment. This is a hands-on role with strong stakeholder engagement and site presence.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end delivery of CAPEX projects from concept through to execution
- Manage scope, cost, risk, procurement, tendering and contract administration
- Oversee construction activities on site and drive safe execution
- Engage closely with multiple stakeholders across operations, engineering and contractors
- Contribute to a high-performing team culture and support peak workloads
Upcoming Projects
- MCC upgrades (multiple projects)
- Conveyor upgrades
- $30M apron feeder replacement
- Large-scale demolition works
- Early-stage options analysis, design and execution delivery
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in project delivery (mining preferred but not essential)
- Strong client-side or owner’s team experience highly regarded
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders on site
- Comfortable working FIFO and operating autonomously
- Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering required
