About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, the Project Implementation Scheduler will play a critical role in coordinating the activities required to successfully deliver the start-up phase of the Wonarah Phosphate Project. Working across multiple work streams, you will develop and maintain an integrated project schedule that provides a clear pathway from site establishment through to first ore delivery.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the centre of a greenfields mining development, partnering closely with project leaders, contractors, suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure critical milestones are achieved. Your ability to identify dependencies, manage competing priorities and communicate project progress will directly support informed decision-making and delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated project schedule across key work streams
• Coordinate activities supporting successful delivery of start-up milestones
• Manage critical path activities, schedule risks and project dependencies
• Track approvals, permits and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and stakeholders against project timelines
• Facilitate project meetings and monitor agreed actions
• Provide accurate scheduling reports and project updates
• Support continuous improvement and disciplined project execution

About You

• Experience in project scheduling within mining, construction, engineering or similar industries
• Proven ability to develop, maintain and report against project schedules
• Experience coordinating contractors, stakeholders and competing priorities
• Exposure to FIFO, remote site or resource sector operations highly regarded
• Strong communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and scheduling software such as MS Project
• Self-motivated and able to perform in fast-paced project environments
