Monadelphous is currently seeking Project Engineers, to provide engineering services and project management support for a major construction project in QLD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop cost effective engineering solutions for the project/ contract. Review project/ contract documentation and raise technical queries as required.
• Provide engineering / technical advice to on-site Supervisors and other project staff involved in the execution of works
• Assist with planning and scheduling the scope of work for the project/ contract. Organise project resources and equipment as directed to meet project or contractual requirements
• Identify hazards and advise on safety procedures. Actively monitor work practices to ensure adherence to correct procedures and standards for safety and environmental performance.
• Work in accordance with quality assurance procedures, client specifications and ISO requirements

What you’ll bring:

• Extensive experience in Project Engineering on large-scale resources construction projects for similar companies
• Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant discipline (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)
• A methodical approach, high attention to detail and take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of own work
• Be delivery focused, with a high level of self-motivation and drive to support the project in delivering to a tight schedule
• Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
• Committed to a FIFO roster (2/1) during the construction phase of the project
