Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of a large capital construction project across multiple workfronts (S/M/E, minor civil interface)
  • Provide on-site engineering leadership and coordination across contractors and stakeholders
  • Assist with contract management activities and commercial awareness
  • Contribute to project controls (cost and schedule tracking, progress reporting)
  • Drive a continuous improvement mindset across reporting, workflows, and site execution

About You (Must-Have)

  • Strong experience in Mechanical, Structural, or Electrical discipline (site delivery focus)
  • Proven background delivering construction works on site (resources / heavy industry preferred)
  • Experience working on EPC / EPCM-style contracts (or similar delivery models)
  • Solid contract management awareness and ability to support a Project Lead
  • Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel, plus Word/PowerPoint)
  • Primavera P6 knowledge and basic usage
