Your new role

We are seeking an experienced Principal Delivery professional to manage a defined area of project scope across major capital projects or large asset-based projects.

This role will provide technical expertise across construction planning, execution strategies, interface management, stakeholder engagement and project delivery governance.
You will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with approved quality, schedule, cost and business case objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Full life cycle project management experience within the Australian Mining Industry.
• 10–15 years experience in EPCM or client-side Project Delivery.
• Experience managing construction execution plans, scope, resources, access requirements and delivery activities.
• Strong project planning and scheduling capability, including the ability to manage complex interdependencies and critical activities.
• Proven ability to monitor project performance, controls, cost, schedule, risk and delivery outcomes.
• Experience working with contractors, vendors and contract administration processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence internal teams, external partners, consultants and contractors.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to produce concise reports and presentations.
• A collaborative working style, with honesty, integrity and a strong commitment to safe project delivery.

What you'll get in return

This role is a FIFO position on a 5/2 4/3 roster. It is initially a 3-month contract, but there is a strong possibility of extension.
